RECEPTION OF FOREIGN VISITORS (MEDICAL TOURISM)
STATE BUDGETARY HEALTH INSTITUTION “KAMCHATSKIY REGIONAL NARCOLOGICAL DISPENSARY” is a specialized treatment and prophylactic institution that diagnoses, treats and prevents alcoholism and related diseases.
Medical care is provided in accordance with the medical practice license No. LO-41-01-000834 dated July 04, 2018 issued by the Ministry of Health of Kamchatka Region.
GBUZ KKND conducts a wide range of diagnostic studies and medical procedures. Acceptance and provision of paid medical services is carried out by the head physician of the GBUZ KKND, the candidate of medical sciences - Dmitry Ivanovich Kurgak, as well as 18 doctors with higher medical special education. Inpatient treatment is carried out in three departments, including 105 beds.

Please note that the provision of benefits for rendered paid medical services, for social and other reasons is considered individually by the head physician.
When examining the state of narcological health for foreign citizens and stateless persons, the following tariffs apply:
1. Examination of the state of narcological health for foreign citizens and stateless persons with a laboratory chemical and toxicological study of the presence of drugs and their metabolites in the human body - 4700 (Four thousand seven hundred) rubles, including for social reasons:
- for children under 15 years of age - free of charge, according to the doctor’s testimony, when testing for the presence of narcotic substances - 1750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- adolescents from 15 to 18 years - 1750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks., testing for the presence of narcotic substances is mandatory;
- pensioners over 60 years old - 1750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- to participants in hostilities (WWII, Afghanistan) - 1750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- to the liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident - 1750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
2. Screening for the state of narcological health to foreign citizens and stateless persons with testing for the presence of drugs and their metabolites in the human body - 1600 (one thousand six hundred) rubles, including for social reasons:
- children under 15 years old - free of charge, according to the doctor’s testimony, when testing for the presence of narcotic substances - 500 (Five hundred) rubles 00 kopecks;
- for adolescents from 15 to 18 years old - 500 (Five hundred) rubles 00 kopecks. drug testing is mandatory;
- for pensioners over 60 years old - 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- to participants in hostilities (WWII, Afghanistan) - 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- to the liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident - 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks;
- repeatedly, within 6 (six) months after the conclusion of the contract - 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks.
The following rules are applied for the examination of the state of narcological health of citizens of Belarus:
1. If there is a valid certificate (for a period of not more than 1 year) of the narcological health from the place of residence - 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks. The examination is carried out in the outpatient department.
2. If it is necessary to conduct additional research, the cost of services is paid additionally, according to the approved tariffs. Indications for additional studies are determined by the physician conducting the examination. Testing of such persons is carried out only in the direction of a doctor.
3. To citizens of Belarus who do not have a valid certificate a request is made for narcological health from the place of last residence (registration), if it is impossible to obtain information about the state of narcological health from the last place of residence (registration), a mandatory examination is carried out in the office of the medical examination for intoxication, while it is necessary to have a referral from a psychiatrist - narcologist . The cost of the service is 1290 (one thousand two hundred and ninety) rubles 00 kopecks. According to the results of the examination (testing) and examination by a psychiatrist - narcologist at the outpatient department, a certificate of the state of narcological health is issued, worth 250 (two hundred and fifty) rubles 00 kopecks.
